I just made a custom transaction body fields in a demo account using a formula and it works as expected. However if I create this exact same field in a prod account it doesnt work. How does this make sense? Ive ensured that absolutely everything is the same as the field in demo. Shows no error, just doesnt populate the field when moved to prod.

Is Store Value setting the same on both accounts?

And are you using your formula in the Sourcing tab of the field?  Or by a workflow or something else?
