What is the best way to use Netsuite to track which orders had to be either fully or partially reshipped due to various errors? Is there a native functionality or a SuiteApp for this? Example scenarios: • We sent the wrong item to the customer • We left an item out of the customer's order • Items were damaged in transit to the customer • We put the wrong shipping label on the package • ...etc

You could create a custom list with the various reasons and use that in a custom field on RAs and credits

We have a client that first logs the issue to an Activity with a custom dropdown list similar to @michoel. This captures the time delay where the issue is logged and people scramble around working out what happened. Then they use an RA or SO to resolve the issue. In both scenarios the field are used for KPI reporting.
