Struggling to find what role permissions are needed to view all records in the
messages
table via the netsuite2.com data source. Has anyone previously worked out what's needed? I've gone through the permissions spreadsheet on suiteanswers & there's nothing missing that stands out

@CD You didn't happen to find anything on this did you? Looking at the same exact issue, trying to query all messages -- I can view them all when running a saved search as Administrator, or with admin TBA I'm able to hit the rest endpoint with SuiteQL to
select * from message
but if I use a test role that I copied from the native Accountant role, it restricts the results (saved search & SuiteQL via rest) to just messages send by the current user. So my test account I've got 377 total messages, but for the non-admin user it returns just 12. Have tried adding the "Core Administration Permissions" along with a few other little tweaks, but nothing changes the results. If I remove
Lists => Track Messages
permission from the custom role, you get zero results and a permission violation error, which makes sense. But this seems like some odd restriction/filtering that possibly can't be worked around aside from executing as full admin (which isn't possible or (at the least) wise, in nearly all scenarios).

Hey - no, I've not managed to resolve this. I need to open a support ticket
