Not that I'm aware of. Does a related invoice already exist? Sometimes I can piece it together based on the invoice "Impact" system info, since the invoice tracks GL impact

Food for thought. In my system we have a custom record that stages incoming orders and performs some validation. I could use that custom record to determine what was deleted if a user deleted an item from a sales order.

you could also utilize a script to determine if any lines were added or deleted from a sales order
