We are using Celigo to get our EDI orders to import over into the system. We haven't edited/adjusted our flows, so I'm stomped as to why this is happening.

07/18/2022, 9:08 PMSounds like someone set one of your shipping methods to inactive. If you go to the search bar in NetSuite, type in "page:shipping items", then try to find the shipping method with internal id 1403, does it exist?

07/18/2022, 9:09 PMWhat's really weird is that 1403 isn't the correct ID for the order in question. We have do subs in our NS, and it should be going to a different ID
