Does anyone know why some employee list custom fields don't allow filtering on the full list? I've got a custom dropdown field that is the employee list, but when I try to add the custom field to my saved search as an available filter, the only options in the dropdown are All, Unassigned, Mine. I want to be able to select an individual name.

Hello Joanna, this sounds like some permission problem. Are you able to access employee records under the role you are using while testing your saved search?

Yes, this is happening in the Administrator role

Got it. What is the root record for the search? is it some custom record or is it standard record like transaction? Also, I understand that this happens only for some of your custom field employee list, is that correct?
