Wonder how US Phoenix issue is cascading to slowness or outages across the board though

We're seeing issues across the majority of our clients. Slowness, unexpected errors, login issues, etc.

We seem to be back to regular speed

I threatened them with routing all service, sales and shipping tasks 😉

FWIW, users that weren't kicked out are now able to load records n such, but are getting all sorts of fun pop ups and warnings. From what I've gathered NS isn't handling cookies properly, so we're seeing all sort of "Learn how to use this NS Bundle pop ups" that users have already completed / marked as "don't show this again"

This impacted UK London as well. We had 12 hours is slowness, unable to login
