@toltmanns That isn’t my experience at all. Every time we have an issue it seems like we need to explain basic functionality to the support person. I’m still waiting on an issue where NetSuite is pulling incorrect freight amounts into invoices. I’ve documented and provided everything to them and they still call once a week to have a webex just so I can show them the same problem over and over again.
