Looking for advise on custom fields and changelogs in system information
example (and a Purchase Order form template)
• on 01/06 we make a change to a <date field>, with a custom field updated to X
• on 15/06 we make another change to the same <date field>, with a custom field updated to Y
◦ actual: all <date field> changes beforehand now show the same customer field. Where 01/06=Y and 15/06=Y
◦ expected: each <date field> change retains its relative value. Where 01/06=X and 15/06=Y
Why? we want to run a series of customer search reports across a date range, and need the <date field> changes to retain relative values.
