on an item csv import, how can we make it keep whatever custom form is already selected on the item? i am updating fields on items that have different forms , when i run a csv import to update the fields it changes it to the form I select on the csv import

One solution could be to separate your imports by form.

yeah that was my last resort but im not even sure if I could see what the current form is on the item, i tried doing a saved search but dont see the custom form as an option

Test using the standard form and see if it changes. I think the standard form will not change the form stored with the record

Tried using the standard form, and got some strange behavior. It doesn't leave it on the custom form that the item is already on nor does it change it to the standard form. It changes it to the preferred form set on the Custom Entry Forms page.
