I'm trying to update the Customer & Vendor Return Variance Account fields through a CSV update but I cannot see the fields on the inventory item mapping. Any ideas? What am I missing?

on the second screen, are you ensuring you're using a form that has them visible? If so, it's possible they might not be updatable via CSV. It sucks, but there are still fields you can't touch with CSV.
