has anyone using the bank feed suiteapp seen issues with a working connection suddenly not work, despite re-connecting to the bank? there is no error displaying in the banking import history, but no transactions are being imported

Bankfeeds suiteapp is garbage, I haven't had one instance where its steady

I appreciate that feedback, I'm getting this opinion from a few places

I despise Bankfeeds, one day it's working and another it's not - Considering switching for a manual upload going forward.

We have had similar issues. Sometimes clicking the import statement on the actual bank matching screen seems to kick start it again and bring through the transactions

@DrVeeVah I've tried that in the past and it hasn't worked but it's a good thing to check again

We had an instance where the bank had turned it off because no one had logged only the web UI for 30 days.
