Anyone getting a random “unexpected error” at the top when you get the 2FA? Doesn’t seem to actually affect anything.

We're locked out of our production account, also with an Unexpected Error message. Just got off with support and it's affecting multiple accounts that the DB is offline. Wonder if this is all related?
