We are experiencing an intermittent issue where Sales Orders will not save when we are attempting a payment authorization (Cybersource) via the NS interface. The error message that we are getting references that the order did not save but the authorization did occur and it provides the authorization number. When we refresh the sales order, there is no payment information or events. When we look in Cybersource, the authorization is there. If anyone is experiencing anything similar and has a defect I'd appreciate if you could share it.
