Hello Folks, We are facing issues while placing an order. Actually when we don't save credit card during process, the whole process works fine, but when we save credit card for order, we experience time lag between clicking the place order button and getting response from Cybersource. That time lag is very irritating. We are using SiteBuilder Extension Kilimanjaro and integrate it with Cybersource as payment gateway. Need help to reduce the time lag.

Any UE Scripts or workflows applied to the sales order ? under the web store context?

Hi Greg, I removed web store context from all UE scripts and tried it but didn't work, issue persist as it is.
