I started as a NetSuite admin at a new company a few weeks ago and every admin has this "core admin" feature checked, which I understand limits abilities. However, NS support is telling me because it is the standard admin role (not a customized role) that isn't the case. We literally have no one on account is an admin that doesn't have this checked so no admin can uncheck this core admin feature, but support is telling me it isn't really limited access (again as it is the standard admin role).

In NetSuite, you can't modify a non-custom role. So nobody can uncheck that checkbox on the Admin role. It's fine.

Thanks Edgar this is good to know - seems very not intuitive. I have been an admin on a lot of accts and never saw this box checked before. Appreciate your help.
