Hello, we are thinking about giving access to our sales reps an access on netsuite on iPad so that they can take orders / show the catalog to the customer / check their customers stats. But at first sight the Mobile App doesn't look really great to show a catalog (it's a sunglasses company) and to take orders. Some of you had already an experience to use NetSuite on Ipad as a CRM tool ? thanks a lot in advance.
n
that's not going to be a good experience.

thanks for your input @Netsuite Tragic. Can you tell me the potential issues / drawbacks you're thinking about ?

The NetSuite app that you have already tried is pretty lame. Hasn't had much (any) dev work for a few years. It's quite clunky in the way it works and looks old. You idea about displaying the catalogue is going to turn off customers when they see that app. Entering orders on an iPad through the browser or mobile app is slow and uninspiring. So, yes you can certainly give them the functionality on an iPad or app. It's just not going to delivering the business benefit you hoped. A mobile version of your website with NetSuite integration would be a better solution in my mind.

ok thanks for the feedback @Netsuite Tragic.
