I have cash Refunds hitting a particular account and Finance team wants it changed - how do I do it? I have a developer if thats needed but open to ideas

You might want to post in General to see if there is administrative settings to update. However if you need to do through script you would have to write a Custom GL Plugin script. Append this to your Netsuite domain to see the help for it
