Did Netsuite change the fact that a token can't be assigned to an administrator role?
i'm trying to create a token to TrueCommerce, but it can't connect. Every time i've done it in the past, i've used Administrator as the role. I tried creating a new role and I gave it permission to login as token, and anything else related to token...still no dice
any ideas?

For my company, when we needed a token for an integration, we made an integration role to assign the token to. My understanding is that there are 2 ways to add an access token which are as follows: 1.) globally tied to the user at the top level 2.) tied to a particular role the user has been assigned It should be tied to a non role based administrator account. Hopefully this makes sense. DM if you have more questions!

You should go to "Manage Access Token" page. From there you can generate the tokens with Admin role.

thanks @NickSuite I learned something new today
if i go to the global search and search new access token, which is what I did, i see this screen which didn't work in creating the access token

if i go to my dashboard, under settings, and click manage access tokens, (i se the same list) and then new my access token...then it shows me a different screen and the access token i created works

I always generate it from Manage Access Tokens and it works.
