Hi All, One of our scripts on our SSP Application had a bug which triggered an infinite loop due to which the log level on the SSP Application was set to EMERGENCY automatically. We noticed a message in the SSP Logs which says: 'Logging over threshold 100,000 per 60 minute(s). Increasing the log level to EMERGENCY'. Does this log level demotes itself automatically after the cooling period? or do we need to raise a ticket? Thanks!
d
It won't demote automatically. You should be able to edit the script deployment yourself.
a
Actually, the log level of which I am talking about is the one on the SSP Application & not on the script deployment record.
d
Edit the SSP application and the log level should be editable.

@Dominic B our SSP Application is locked.

I suspect the application developer probably needs to edit the deployment in this case. Support might be able to do it, but they could equally say the developer has locked the bundle for a reason, so needs to do it.

Okay, I think we will have to raise a support ticket for this. Thank you for your inputs!
