Hi, Is there any way to change the Purchase Order Status Pending Bill to Pending Receipt, since the receipt is not generated and the status changed to Pending Bill

Your item(s) on your purchase order must not require receipt. The PO will only use the Pending Reciept status if the items contained on the PO actually require receiving

Check on the item if flag "Can be fulfilled/received" is checked.
