Has anyone experienced an issue where select records (custom records in this case) just fail to show in Global Search? It’s just a few of them, I can’t see anything special about them, they have auto-generated numbers with prefix “CL” (so like “CL1234" would be a name of the record), they are not inactive, they show up fine in saved searches. Just don’t show in Global Search results.

Is the include in global search setting enabled on them? Maybe a permission issue in the roles list?

no it’s a defect. Most records show in the results, just random ones don’t
