thanks @Sam-I-Am these should give me a place to start looking… and @christina.finisinc thanks for the suggestions as it seems like a better way to do it (re:create a form and source the necessary fields). On one of the fulfillment screens one of the print options is ETD and it generates this pro forma doc that is not particularly user friendly (to the extent netsuite is user friendly)
