on the workflow action script, after saving the record, it returns 0 as the record id.What Could be the reason? could anyone please help o, this?

what record are you creating? I only observed this behavior when creating vendor payments. This happens when you applied a vendor credit and bill that cancels/results to zero paid amount. NS would not create the vendor payment but instead updates the vendor credit to apply the vendor bill resulting into a zero internalid returned by record.save
