Hello, I have recently updated the SCA in our account to 21.2 and am trying to deploy the core tools to the account(no changes where made to the files) but I am receiving an error that reads "Did you forget to signal async completion?". can Anyone provide any insight why this might be the case and how I can resolve the issue.
