[logged in as Admin] I have an Integration record set up in a recently refreshed Sandbox, and I want to reset the credentials (my understanding and my testing seems to show that this is necessary after a refresh). However, when I go into edit mode on the integration there is no “Reset Credentials” button, and it doesn’t show the ‘Client Credentials’ field group at the bottom of the form as it does on my other sandbox.
TOKEN-BASED AUTHENTICATION
is ticked on both. The Integration was created, by me, manually, not via a Bundle or Third-Party Integration Provider. Has any encountered this before?

@jen I have with Release Previews, not Sandbox. I never could get it resolved, so we ended up just having to cross our fingers and test in Production.

Unfortunately that’s not a solution for this…..I am using my tokens/credentials to pull info from all my SBs into a report in Prod.

I get it, it wasn't a great solution for my issue either. Just never could figure out how to correct it. Just sharing my experience 🙂 Hopefully somebody has some knowledge, and I can use it in the future, also!

I ended up having to recreate the integration & token. Dull.

Ensure OAuth2 is enabled? the 'client credentials' flow is an OAuth2 thing and needs to be enabled if you want to use it?
