anyone here paying for netsuite support (whether it be directly or via a partner) and care to share the rates? we’re six years in now and questioning the worthiness of having email support to the partner when we’re reasonable self sufficient and there’s so much resources available online anyway

I’ve seen that most companies would use partner support and price on Au could vary ranging $120–200 for admin, consulting and development type activity
