I think the answer is no, but does anyone know of a way to have NetSuite send outbound email through your own email servers through SMTP? I found an article from 2016 where someone showed instructions for how to do this, but I don’t seem to have those same settings in my account.

Setting up your domain keys under email preferences accomplishes this.
