To all Netsuite customers, New pricing practice- I asked for a quote for few additional licenses this morning, my account manager sent a quote promptly. When I looked at the quote I was dumbfounded, for some reason our established discount from last renewal just magically vanished. So I asked her what happened to the discount? Answer was price hold and discount are no longer valid after 1 year of initial contract. I have been on Netsuite for over 15 years and this is first time I am hearing this crap. @Brian Raley posted similar thing few days back in this channel. Beware of netsuite

NetSuite has always done this unless you get your continued discounts and uplift negotiated in your contract. Obviously it is enforced differently depending on how Oracle or an individual rep is doing.
