When adding help for a custom field html is displaying in the raw format. I found a few pages on the internet saying there is a custom setting that needs enabled but nobody says what the setting is. Anyone know the trick to allowing html to display in a custom field help?

FYI, got off the call with support. I guess this is a known defect. There is a setting but the only way to change it is by creating a ticket. Support said it usually takes about a week to get the setting updated after its requested.
