Am i able to have N/log retain logs for greater than 30 days

You don't have much control over execution logs. From what I can tell, there is no guarantee they'll be there even a day or so after. You would probably need to design some sort of solution to record logs semi-permanently.

I wrote a POC for sending server logs to Sumo Logic. I'm still hoping to get back to that project one day. From the chats with our companies AM, they have other NetSuite customers already doing this.
