Hey can you help me with this 🫡 i have this saved search with main line = true and one record and in celigo i have same saved search when i click preview it's not showing me the record But when i change main line = false it showing me records

Is it possible that the Celigo connection is using a credential (token) that doesn’t have access to that record?

What is both your criteria and your result columns look like in the saved search? Also, do you click the refresh icon in Celigo when you make changes to the saved search?

@Michael McNamara Criteria and Results Yes i click refresh Note : when i change main line = false it's showing records in celigo but multiple time with same internal IDs Thank you

I suggest you raise a Support ticket so someone can take a look. There’s not enough info here to diagnose anything.

@matt.graney i figure it out when we have a payment method in the sales Order that causes the issue simply i change the saved search results from payment Method to payment_method and that resolved the issue

@Driss Talainte Sometimes when you have this problem, it’s helpful to remove result columns and see if the results change. Then you can add columns back one at a time to find the problem field.
