There is this field in Journal Entry sublist Line Source Revenue Plan / Source Recognition Plan, the field is linking JE line to the revenueplan record. Internal ID is sourcerevenueplan. Is there a way I can retrieve this field in saved search?

try using formula text and use the internal id {sourcerevenueplan} if the field is exposed then it should show up. If it is not expose then you are out of luck

I don't think you can do it from a transaction search (if Sam's idea doesn't work), but IIRC, you can start with a revenue plan search and then pull in the JE info. May or may not work with your scenario, but I think that's a one-way link.
