is anyone unable to submit cases like 75% of the time? i swear every time i go to submit one i get "We're sorry, but a technical issue occurred while submitting your case and we weren't able to preserve your data. Please try resubmitting your case later or if it is urgent, call Support for further assistance."
there's no obvious reason for it, i know other people who can submit cases and it just leads me to believe they have shit code on their new case form or like, i'm putting in a symbol that breaks the whole thing
driving me absolutely insane because when you call in you just get stuck on hold for ages

This totally happens to me sometimes. I feel like maybe it is because I am on the create new case page too long, filling in detailed information that support will ignore and just ask me for the financial impact, what deadline will be affected, and to take a screenshot over zoom anyway. 🤷‍♂️ I have gotten into the habit of copying the entire thing and putting it in a word doc, just in case I get that error and have to start over.

I've found the support login page for creating cases to work much better than via SuiteAnswers

I have been unsuccessful with the new form. I submit Case through the NetSuite Support Center >> Contact Support which is the old native Case method.
