i have a question that hopefully someone can answer or give some insight to. A consulting company is trying to reference Case Status, Case Profile lists.. but is asking for a record type via API... I faintly have an idea of what they are looking for but there is no listing to those in the Records Catalog. Is there somewhere i can look of do someone know of the top of their heads of what we are looking for ?
