A user accidentally entered UK as the shipping address but it should have been the US in the invoice. When we're trying to update the shipping address, this error pops us: This shipping address change is not allowed for existing transactions because the shipping address requires a new tax form. I understand that US sales tax is different from UK VAT but I didn't expect NS to be very restrictive as to shipping country update. Is there a workaround solution? Or am I just doing something wrong? How can I update the shipping country?
