(Sorry if this question has been asked many times, new to the channel). Is there no way to set an End Date override? i.e this task is set to go from Oct 1 2022 - Sep 30 2023, regardless of work assigned AND have this reflected on the GANTT?

Scheduling Method = Backward on a project record allows for input of end dates. Are they using Backward or Forward for the Scheduling Method?

They do use forward, and could switch to Backward, but then they'd also want to enter a Start Date. They basically want to enter Start and End Date and allocate the resources for a set amount of time during that range, instead of NetSuite's default scheduling of doing things as fast as possible and setting the End Date this way

I typically recommend using Backward. On the first task, you can set the Constraint Type = Fixed Start and enter the Start Date.
