Anyone with issue during CSV import that says Script Execution Instruction Count Exceeded? No script running.

Have you tried cutting the CSV down to a few lines to test? Sounds like you may be triggering an event too frequently.

It was due to a custom GL plugin which still runs even if the Run Server Scripts and Workflows is turned off. Is that right?
