Hi folks, I have now have 2 instances of negative inventory and I've tried the following to no avail to try and get the negative inventory out. Anyone else seen this issue? Some background - The item shows a quantity on-hand of 10, shows 0 committed and 0 available. When I search for the item via saved search it shows a quantity of -10 not assigned to a bin (we use bins and inventory status but do not use lot numbers or serialized inventory) I've tried the following • Review negative inventory - item does not show in this report • Bin putaway worksheet - we use bins and the negative inventory is not assigned to a bin nor can I get it to a bin as bin putaway worksheet only works with positive integer values • Inventory worksheet - I've tried this form to just try and set the inventory quantity and assign it a bin and inventory status. This did not work. If I set the new quantity to 10 it will then show 20 on hand and 10 available so the negative inventory is still in there I am stumped and NetSuite said to just delete the item and copy it but now this has happened on a second item so I'd like to find a fix. An ideas?

my goal would be to find the transaction that is causing the problem. Some transaction, exists for 10 pieces of this item with no bin. See if you can identify the transaction and fix it from there.

Thanks! I have gone through every transaction to find one and my concern is that it may be a deleted transaction as I can't find anything in existing transactions.
