On our expense reports, we have the "Expense Category" field as a drop down menu of all the expense categories. I was wondering if there was a way to change the order of the expense categories in the drop down, as to sort them in a personalized manner, as we want specific categories on the top?

Rename the expense categories and stick a number at the front of them, with 1 the most important etc

Have you tried sticking a leading 0 in front of 1 to 9?
