What tools do you use for Advanced PDF/HTML Templates? Anything similar to a live view extension?

IntelliJ IDEA with the Freemarker plugin (not available in WebStorm) works pretty well. The SDF plugin worked in IntelliJ IDEA as well except for the creation of new SDF projects. Mostly just syntax highlighting and some auto-completion, though. Nothing like live view.
