Hi, my company has 345 licenses for "Payroll" and only 1 being used. We are not sure what these licenses refer to and we are trying to figure out what that refers to.

Payroll is in NetSuite, we don't track hours. We have employee center roles, and that is where the users view their paystubs.

So why would we only have 1 user out of 345 though?
