in the gear icon of order flow : filter by last updated time

I want to sync updates to NetSuite using last updated time is this option will block new orders created in Shopify to sync or just updated ones

I notice this this option :point_down: it not syncing recently created orders in shopify

“Last updated time” will be set on new orders and updated orders, so the option you have chosen should grab both new AND updated orders.

Perhaps there is something else going on. Are you working with Support or a partner?

Then I suggest you raise a support ticket, they should be able to set you straight.
