The imported objects will overwrite the project objects

I have a fun Halloween error! These custom segments fail to be imported by NetSuite with

suitecloud object:import --scriptid "ALL" --type customsegment ...

-- however, when I look for them in NetSuite, they're totally missing! Phantom of the System! 👻 🎃
