Is there something odd going on with the labelling of the existing report columns? I don't know if the formula builder recognizes a relabelled column with the updated label. i.e. is the "Items to order" column really the native quantity to order column relabelled whereas the "Quantity to order" column is another native column relabelled? it's the only thing I can think of short of a bug.

I figured it out, the "Items to Order" is a duplicate of "Quantity to Order" with the summary being count. I switch the order of the columns and it fixed the issue. Not sure why it would not notice a label change.
