Is it possible to have a workflow send an email after the workflow is completed, not just one record has gone through the entire workflow but the entire scheduled saved search list of records has gone through the workflow.  I would want the email to tell me that x number of records were updated by workflow

This sounds like it might be better achieved with a map/reduce.

Could probably torture a saved search field that shows a count of the number of remaining records that meet the criteria and send an email when it hits one
