Hey, sorry if my question is out of context on this channel, please let me know if that's the case. We are trying to create an invoice with items and this error is showing up:

You cannot edit charge lines on invoices, cash sales, credit memos, or cash refunds.

we are not editing the lines whatsoever on user events or workflows, does anybody has an idea what might be causing this to happen?. Thank you!
