I just want to confirm: There isn't a way to interact with a customer's shopping cart, right? At least not if you use per-contact carts? We get asked to add an item to their cart or "go ahead and process my saved cart", which we were able to do on our prior platform.

You only have read access to a customer's cart.
You could write a customisation to take the contents and convert it into a quote or sales order, but that isn't native functionality
(Can I ask which platform you were using previously?)

OK, Thank you. And I'm assuming to read the cart it would be using the item interaction fields in a saved search?

I don't know the specific fields off the top of my head, but it is available in saved searches. You can also view carts on customer records.

We get the "go ahead and process my saved cart" one regularly too. Would be nice if there was a way to pick the cart contents up in UI orders.
