Does anyone know how to get the new CRM add-on that is available for the new release 2022.2

Are you referring to CPQ? I believe that is available as an add-on solution. What capabilities are you looking for?

Thanks for your response. No, though i am very interested in CPQ. Supposedly , there are new roles and dashboards available for CRM case management.

I think if you go to SuiteApps you’ll find the new add-ons. SuiteSuccess CRM & SuiteSuccess CRM Workbooks are the apps. If they aren’t available for install, you might have to contact NetSuite.

i peaked in there earlier searching for CRM, but i didn't see anything that looked promising. i'll try again. thx
