I created a modal for entering info into a sales order, using a client script to set the desired fields. We want to allow to enter a rate of 0. I find sometimes Netsuite allows entering a rate of 0 and sometimes I get an alert indicating "you must enter a value for rate" but I don't seem to know when it is allowed and when it isn't. Does anyone have any insight on this?
